At IKIGAI fitness we don’t believe in locking you in and just collecting your membership every month. That’s why all our plans are month-to-month, no long-term contracts. Our plans are built for your life and meet you where you’re at.

How do I get started at IKIGAI?
Getting started is simple. You can grab a free 3-day intro pass through our app and jump into a class. Most people try one class and get hooked, but if you’re ready, you can also choose a membership and start right away.
How does 24/7 access work? Can I train during class times?
Be respectful that our space gets full during class times. We ask that you give priority to classes.
If you come during class times talk to the coach, and find a space where you aren’t interfering with the scheduled class.
Do you offer Drop-Ins?
Yes, you can get drop-in pricing by clicking this btbw drop-in pricing page.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer a 10% discount to veterans and first-responders.
How do I pause or cancel my membership?
We ask that you give us two weeks notice before your next bill is due. This allows to pause or cancel it in sufficient time. Email [email protected]
We try to get to these as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience. You will receive a confirmation email from btwb when your membership is paused or cancelled.
How long can I pause my membership for?
You can pause your membership for up to a year. We understand if you get an injury and need to pause it for longer. You can just talk to us and let us know!
Do you offer family plans?
Yes, we do offer family plans at a discounted rate. Sign-up the head of household under a membership and then we can manually add-on the other members. Feel free to stop-in or email us at [email protected]
Do you offer childcare?
No, we have the staff to facilitate childcare.
Can my child workout with me?
Yes, but all kids must have a signed waiver and be attended by their guardian.
