About Our Gym
Welcome to IKIGAI Fitness Company
IKIGAI is a feeling we don’t really have a direct word for in English. It is your purpose, your reason for getting up every day, and the thing that brings you real fulfillment. It can be physical, mental, or spiritual, but it becomes strongest when you are doing something you truly care about.
- Group Led Classes
Our group classes focus on functional fitness, helping you move better in everyday life. Each workout is designed to build strength, improve mobility, and keep you confident in the movements you use every day, both inside and outside the gym.
- Modern Gym & Fitness Facilities
Our facility is built to support both your training and your recovery. From a fully equipped gym floor to a recovery space designed to help you stay consistent, everything here is focused on helping you move better, feel better, and stay active long term.
- Recovery Center
Our recovery center features two-person infrared saunas that use heat and light to help your body recover faster. These sessions can support muscle recovery, reduce soreness, and help you relax after training.
We also offer a cold plunge, which helps improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and support overall recovery so you can get back to training feeling your best.
Why Choose Us?
IKIGAI is built around more than just workouts. It is a place where people come to grow, build confidence, and become better versions of themselves. While physical progress is important, what matters most is the environment. This is where friendships are built, confidence grows, and people start showing up stronger in every part of their life. The impact goes far beyond the gym, and that is what makes Ikigai different.

- Personalized coaching within group classes
- Focus on form, safety, and long-term progress
- Supportive, community-driven environment
With over 10 years of experience coaching group fitness in the military, I’ve built a foundation rooted in discipline, structure, and performance under pressure. That background shaped my coaching style focused, intentional, and results-driven. Over the past five years, I’ve transitioned into coaching CrossFit, helping athletes of all levels improve strength, conditioning, and overall fitness in a supportive, high-accountability environment.
I hold a CF-L2 from CrossFit, a USA Weightlifting Level 1 certification from USA Weightlifting, and I am both a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My approach combines proven training methodology with real-world experience to help individuals move better, get stronger, and stay consistent.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to take your training to the next level, my goal is simple: create an environment where you’re challenged, held accountable, and equipped to reach your full potential.
