What is functional fitness

Functional fitness is built around constantly varied workouts that combine strength, conditioning, and functional movement into one high-energy class. You will lift, move, and push your limits in a structured environment designed to improve your fitness across the board.

With expert coaching and scalable workouts, you get the intensity of a performance-based program with the support of a community. It is training that keeps you challenged, consistent, and always progressing.

Instructor Led Class

Every class is led by a coach who guides the workout, explains the movements, and helps you scale the session to your fitness level. You are never left guessing what to do or how to do it safely.

Session 1: Strength + Power

Warm-up
2:00 cardio of choice
:30/:30 quadruped hip rotations
5/5 world’s greatest stretch
10 Romanian deadlifts
:30 jump rope
10 alternating Cossack squats

Workout
Every 3 min for 12 min

4 deadlifts + 3 seated box jumps
3 deadlifts + 3 seated box jumps
3 deadlifts + 3 seated box jumps
2 deadlifts + 3 seated box jumps
